During the training of the new users from TAL-BUD company, we was installing fiber diameter 10 mm in HDPE pipe diameter 40 mm. Localization: near Gdansk, Poland.

The set TYPHOON head and MULTITANK feeder was used.

The MULTITANK feeder can work with all diameters and types of fiber optics. The heads series TYPHOON can install fiber optics in plastic pipes diameter 7 - 16 mm, and HDPE pipes diameter 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm.

Our MULTITANK feeder is the only one device on the market, that has a system of full controlof parameters during fiber optics installation and protection the fiber optics against damage / breaking.

Before starting the installation, we can check the maximum feeding force for the fiber optics cable, depending on the diameter and quality of fiber optics. Then we can set this value on the MULTITANK Control Panel. As a result we can be sure that our fiber optic cable will not damage / break during installation.

During all proces of installation, we can observe and control the cable feeding force. It allow us to see the effects of increasing length of installed fiber cable and possible obstacles along the route. With this information we can adjust the installation parameters to the conditions changing during installation.

Also we can see the length of installed fiber optic cable. We can program the length, after which the feeder will turn off.
