Installation of a steel pipe Ø411 using T240 Hammer.
The installation was made under the existing roadway, on the 3 metres of depth in the Żywiec National Park. This is an exceptionally difficult terrain, fully of rocks, Stones and loams.
The Sales Manager from TERMA went to the construction site to train new machine operators.
A Start Pit was made. Then the pipe was oriented and connected with MAX T240 hammer.
A compressor with a capacity of 9.4 m3/min was used as a power supply for T240 hammer. MAX T240 need maximum 7,5 m3/min.
It was a difficult installation. The ground was full of rocks and sones. The machine MAX T240 has dealt with the installation within about 5 hours.
