What are the benefits of a gravity drill?
The gravity drilling system is characterized by high accuracy in the scope of trenchless installations, which means performing gravity installations in a very narrow range of tolerances of slopes reaching even 0,2%. The gravity drill is used as a tool for performing trenchless drilling from well to well or from well to excavation. Standard installation is performed from a DN 1200 well or with the help of additional accessories from a starting chamber or a well of a larger diameter or unusual shape. The drill can be used to build pipelines at significant depths, even over 10 meters.
The significant advantages of the machine include:
- ability to work in different positions relative to the well structure,
- work in soils of various drilling classes (II, III, IV, V),
- compaction of the soil around the constructed installation by increased drilling and pushing of the excavated material instead of completely removing it from the drilling,
- high degree of success of the installation due to the low failure rate of the device and high efficiency during operation,
